Surroundings
The rural house Can Cambó is located in Gualba, surrounded by forests due to its proximity to the natural park “EL Montseny.” It has an extremely beautiful views and atmosphere, full of nature and peace.
It has views of “El Montnegre” and “El Turó de l’Home”, and is also close to excellent restaurants.
The house is located between two of the most important cities of Catalonia, Barcelona and Girona.
In its surroundings, there are villages like Hostalric, that is walled by a Roman rampart, Santa Maria de Palautordera, well known for its fur shops, or Breda, famous because it was the setting of the TV series “vent del pla”.
Activities
Our rural house has the perfect location in order not to have a boring moment.
A few minutes from the house, there’s the leisure company Pitch and Putt Montseny that provides the chance to enjoy its Pitch and Putt course and play Mini-Tennis in one of their 4 covered courts.
You should visit Montseny’s natural reserve doing a walk or bike route, or riding horses.
There’s also the chance to practice forest activities in Arbúcies village, visit Gualba’s waterfall, enjoy a refreshing bath in our beaches like Arenys de Mar or Mataró, that are located just around 20-30 minutes from the house, or visit the closer villages.
Don’t forget to visit other leisure activities as F1 circuit in Montmeló or spending the day in the thematic parks El Tividabo or Port Aventura, play Paintball, or do some routes by Quads.
The property is close to Barcelona, one of the most world famous cities with a lot of different cultures, architectonic famous buildings like La Sagrada família, la Casa betlló, la Pedrera, Güell Parck, and it is also full of shops and restaurants around its most popular roads like “Passeig de Gràcia” and “les rambles”.
Girona is another nearby city which is different than Barcelona. It’s more rural and the lifestyle is also different. It’s a nice place to go shopping or to spend the day visiting the cathedral - or just to take a walk through its streets.
